DECLARATION OF LOVE
Dear Sergey,
I hereby appoint you as the sole and exclusive favorite person and one of the essential providers of happiness in my life throughout its duration or any extension thereof if any and I await from you that you hereby accept my appointment as aforesaid upon the terms and conditions herein contained and shall make me a proposal expressly of implicated within reasonable time which may nevertheless exceed three (3) business days of receipt of this letter.
I shall keep you indemnified and hold harmless at all times against all losses, damages, liabilities, actions, claims which might incur by your heart as a result of any acts or omissions of me or my behavior in the course of performing my duties and obligations as your girlfriend and/or your wife thereafter as the case may be.
Notwithstanding of the aforesaid should you find that making me a proposal would not correspond to your rights, title and interests, this letter and the provisions herein should be deemed deleted from your memory, mind and reminiscence, and the remaining unity, relationship and friendship should continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired thereby.
In witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first below written.
